With a strong academic foundation in International Trade and a Master’s in Human Resources Management and Organizational Development, she brings over a decade of progressive leadership in HR, Talent Enablement, Compliance, Diversity, and Learning & Development.
Daria has held senior roles in multinational organizations, including Director- and C-suite-level positions, where she successfully diagnosed organizational needs, developed strategies, and led the implementation of impactful people-focused solutions. Known for her enthusiasm, creativity, and detail-oriented approach, she excels at building inclusive, high-performing cultures, aligning talent strategies with business goals, and driving organizational transformation.

Pavel Cherdakov, PHD
Pavel is a seasoned technical training leader and engineering educator with over 30 years of experience, holding a PhD in Hydro Power Electric Engineering. Former Polytechnic University professor and current Vice President of Technical Training Practice, with a proven record of building and leading large-scale training organizations.
